1. Acceptance of Terms

8.2 Consequences of Termination

• Void all pending bets and wagers

• Forfeit remaining account balance if obtained through fraudulent means
• Refuse all future registration attempts
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities

If your account is terminated for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, phlink will return your legitimate account balance after deducting any owed amounts, pending bets, or bonus funds.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phlink customer support. Upon closure request, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, and your remaining balance (minus any bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.

You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that all disputes with phlink shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims against phlink as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
